PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, processing begins immediately and we are unable to guarantee cancellations. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to make changes. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to request a change, please email hello@rippersrascals.com immediately with the subject line “URGENT CHANGE” and include your order number along with the requested changes. While we cannot guarantee modifications, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Rippers & Rascals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout to ensure coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
