Refund policy

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund after this period. Items purchased on sale, clearance, or from seasonal collections, such as our Halloween and Christmas Collections, are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. For damaged goods, please provide photo evidence to receive a replacement item free of charge.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval. If items are returned outside of the required timeframe or do not meet condition standards, the refund will be rejected, and the items will not be shipped back to the customer.

Restocking Fee: Please note that a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking costs. This fee will not apply if you’re returning the item in exchange for a different size.

Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your return to ensure it meets our criteria, we will issue a refund in the form of a gift card. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available.

Boy Mom Bundle Returns: For returns involving the Boy Mom Bundle, partial returns will result in an adjusted refund based on the individual item prices unless you are returning the item in exchange for a different size. Full returns are subject to the same restocking and shipping fees as outlined above.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the standard return process for any item that does not fit. Once your return is processed, you will receive a gift card refund credit that can be used to purchase the size you need.

Refunds (if applicable):
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund in the form of a gift card via email. 

Gifts:
If you've received an item as a gift and would like to return it, you'll need to provide us either the name or email of the person that placed the order or the order number itself. Once we receive the item and inspect it, a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
