Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date, as long as items are unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label, and once inspected, a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping fees.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Are sale items eligible for return?
Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Are seasonal items eligible for return?
Seasonal items, including our Halloween and Christmas collections, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Who covers the return shipping cost?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label, with the label cost deducted from your refund.

Why is there a restocking fee?
A restocking fee is implemented to cover the costs associated with processing returned items. When an item is returned, we incur expenses such as inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the product. This fee helps us maintain the quality and availability of our inventory, ensuring that we can continue offering stylish and high-quality clothing for your little ones. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to keep our prices competitive while providing exceptional service.

How do returns work for the Boy Mom Bundle?
The Boy Mom Bundle is offered at a discounted, bundled price, which affects how returns are processed:

  • Partial Returns: If you return one or more items from the bundle but keep others, the discount applied to the bundle will be adjusted. You will be refunded the difference between the bundle price and the full price of the items you keep, minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.
  • Full Bundle Returns: If you return the entire bundle, the standard return policy applies, including a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges for items within the Boy Mom Bundle are subject to availability. Contact us for assistance.
